Dogs get their day 

SANTA CRUZ More than 1,000 people and about 400 dogs packed into the Polo Grounds County Park in Aptos Sunday for a special one-day showcase for dogs, dog owners and just about everything that goes into the mix of keeping a healthy, well-behaved hound.

Dachshund races at AUM today
